Analyze inventory trends, volumes, patterns and staff productivity in support of efficient staffing and scheduling plans.  Develops the annual workload plan and analyze trends to predict short and long term staffing plans.  Works with management to identify recommendations and implementation approach.  Helps with the development and implementation of staffing models.  Requires a college degree or equivalent planning or analytical experience.  Supports small scale projects with the support of management.  Manages training plans, skills matrix and OOO tools to manage planned and unplanned absenteeism as well as capturing overall shrinkage.

  • Works with guidance on small-scale projects
  • Makes practical suggestions for improving work processes in own area
  • Works for consensus and contributes to achievement of work group goals

  • Proficient with Microsoft Product Skills.  (Excel, Word, PPT, Visio)

  • Knowledge of Life New Business Operations a plus
  • Typically has at least 2-5 years of related experience

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires a college degree or 2-5 years of equivalent planning or analytical experience and Workforce Management experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Product Skills.  (Excel, Word, PPT, Visio)
  • 2-5 years of related experience with planning , analytical and or Workforce Management Experience
  • Functional analytical skills
  • Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to succeed under minimal supervision
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
