Daily and monthly responsibilities - What your days and weeks will include.

  • Supervise a team of Investment Specialists and Consultants
  • Coach, motivate and develop employees
  • Work with Senior Management to ensure the accomplishments of departmental goals
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, internal supervisory controls and Corporate RIA program procedures.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and increase operations efficiency. Develop team to do the same.
  • Assist with training and developing associates on team
  • Review requests for exceptions to policies and procedures and decides appropriate action.
  • Address and resolve escalated issues as they arise.
  • Appropriately allocate resources in order to achieve desired results
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in money movement and transaction approval meetings and strategic projects
  • Maintain and improve relationships with all business partners
  • Develop/Update policies and procedures as they arise
  • Deliver the highest level of service to our field force
  • Review reports that measure staff productivity and department efficiency

Required skills and qualifications - The qualifications that are needed for this role: 

  • Experience in the broker/dealer and RIA industry preferred
  • Series 7 and Series 24 Required
  • Experience with customer service in the financial services field required
  • Strong analytical skills/Problem solving
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Organization navigation skills
  • Time Management (multi-tasking)
  • SME in multiple functions and proficient in most functions
  • A catalyst for collaboration across groups
  • Proven skill in working with all levels of a corporate  hierarchy
  • Expert Broker Dealer and Corporate RIA knowledge
  • Authorization to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship
