POSITION SUMMARY

Working independently on the day-to-day execution, management, prioritization and reporting of all levels of Worksite Executive product case implementations.  Researching and resolving implementation requests, and meeting deadlines according to plan. Responsible for managing, developing and maintaining detailed case implementation plans and scope, while ensuring deliverables are met on time.  Apply a proficient understanding of product and enrollment best practices and industry requirements. Provide subject matter expertise to various initiatives such as project plans, business spec development, system testing, and readiness management.

  • Works for consensus and contributes to achievement of work group goals
  • Works with guidance on small-scale team/unit projects
  • Solves problems in own specialty area
  • Makes worthwhile suggestions and improvements to existing programs, processes and procedures
  • Handles projects or work with defined scope in own discipline and typically has a short-term

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work independently on the day-to-day execution and management of enrollments associated with group case implementation, including the following:

  • Responsible for preparing case file for upload to enrollment platform and all applicable QC activities 
  • Validate licensing, commission splits and obtain current agent certificates for each enrollment
  • Maintain ownership of case throughout enrollment period, working with internal business partners to ensure successful results
  • Ensure accuracy of case level information, and provide applicable reports
  • Support external business partners as required
  • Maintain understanding of products and team/departmental strategies

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4 year college degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving, planning and organization, critical thinking and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
  • Eligible to work in the US with out sponsorship now or in the future

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Individual typically has 2 to 5 years related insurance experience
  • Strong systems navigation and reporting skills/experience
  • Ability to understand downstream effects for multiple processes and systems that interact together
